After booking you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details

You will receive a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment via SMS and Email

Our detailer will call you 30 minutes before appointment to inform you of the estimated time of arrival

Be sure to remove any valuables from the car so they are not discarded while cleaning

After cleaning, you will receive a notifcation for payment which can be made via credit card or etransfer to payments@detailingknights.ca

You will also receive a request for a Google Review to rate our service and your experience
